What does your organisation do?
TLC Outreach Projects was established 12 years ago to care for and rehabilitate street children in the Table View area. A need for a shift in focus however became eminent to reduce the number of children coming to the streets and thus over the last four years preventative measures, including a very recent early intervention program, have also been implemented to help meet the needs of youth at risk in six informal settlements in Table View and surrounds.
